Sci-Fi Air show

Of course all of those space adventures we've seen in the movies and on television actually happened, right? Well if you're willing to go along with me on that point then you'll enjoy Bill George's Sci-Fi Airshow, an online guided tour of his aerospace museum dedicated to displaying and preserving rare space craft. The ILM Visual Effects Supervisor has used the power of Photoshop to give such craft as Battlestar Galactica's Colonial Viper and Mark I Shuttle, Space: 1999's Mark 9 Hawk, and Pan Am's own concept space plane, the Orion amongst others a place on an airstrip where visitors can walk out to them, reach up and touch their majestic wings, in some cases, even climb aboard or stare deep into the cockpit. As some of the photos show, they're not just for display, occasionally the museum allows its entries to take flight and put on a proper air show too.
