Bell is now taking pre-orders of the Palm Pre online.  Bell has Palm's highly anticipated smartphone as an exclusive and will be launching it on August 27th through Bell Mobility stores for $199.95 on a three-year contract and $599.95 without a contract, but with a minimum 500 MB monthly data plan required. More than just another touchscreen smartphone, the Pre introduces a whole new Palm operating system, WebOS, that has been built-from scratch to manipulate data in ways no other phone has before.
