Samsung Eco

If you're planning to attend the Green Living Show in Toronto on April 23-25, make sure to check your garage or basement for some old E-Junk you can bring in. Old VCRs, cell phones, even that beast of a desktop computer will count towards free admission at the show which focuses on consumer solutions for sustainable lifestyles. Now, responsible recycling typically isn't free, so it's not just about free admission, but free recycling. Samsung, a major sponsor of the show, has stepped forward to cover the costs and send the E-Junk to GEEP, their recycling partner and one of the best recycling solutions in the country. Samsung's regular recycling program is restricted to Samsung products, but for the show they'll take any brand. You can check this list to see what counts. For those without old gear to bring in, regular adult admission is $12, a portion of which goes to the World Wildlife Federation.
